I help globally distributed product teams replace delivery ambiguity with a practical cadence: an actionable backlog, clear acceptance criteria, visible dependencies, evidence-based progress reporting, and ceremonies that lead to decisions.

My experience spans E-Commerce, inventory management, data and reporting, automotive repair technology, engineering quality and software delivery.   • Serve as Scrum Master and Agile delivery lead for globally distributed digital-product teams spanning E-Commerce, Inventory Management, Data & Reporting, Mix and Scan, Platform and Learning, and User Market Management.
  • Coordinate two aligned E-Commerce delivery teams across North America and Rest of World — 11 developers, 4 QA engineers and 2 business analysts — aligning sprint objectives, delivery commitments, dependencies and release readiness.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs and PI Planning to maintain transparency, cadence and continuous improvement.
  • Create, maintain and refine product and sprint backlogs in Azure DevOps with Product Owners, Business Analysts and delivery teams, translating epics and features into prioritized, delivery-ready user stories.
  • Define Gherkin Given/When/Then acceptance criteria and support Definition of Ready and Definition of Done practices to improve backlog readiness, testability, quality gates and stakeholder alignment.
  • Establish Azure DevOps work-item discipline, workflow consistency, dependency visibility and delivery reporting; use velocity, predictability, dependency burn-down and sprint data to identify risks and guide improvement actions.
